Mediaport

The nation's first unmanned MusicATM company is revolutionizing the music industry!

20 years ago, the Automated Teller Machine (ATM) revolutionized banking. Mediaport Entertainment, Inc. is providing the same type of innovation for music.

Mediaport's MusicATM is the future of the music industry. We have integrated technology solutions for today's mobile society. Unlike other vending machine or jukebox companies, Mediaport understands that entertainment content needs to be readily available to consumers in any format across multiple platforms.

Using Mediaport's MusicATM kiosks, consumers can burn their own full-length CDs or create consumer-selected compilations from Mediaport's rich catalog, which features music from Warner Music, Sanctuary Records, Tommy Boy, Tantara Records and Excel Entertainment, among others. Additionally, consumers can download digital tracks securely from Mediaport's e-Music store and transfer them to their portable MP3 players. As we increase our product offerings, the convergence of our Web and MusicATM strategies will allow the Company to reach an audience that is currently underserved by traditional distribution channels.

Faith West launched Modtones polyphonic ringtones in June 2002. The company changed its name to Moderati in March of 2005. Moderati works directly with US wireless carriers to deliver polyphonic and multimedia content using Faith technology, and creates relationships with US-based content providers as well. Today, MusicNet has succeeded in becoming the world's leading online music service provider.  MusicNet works with many of the top global brands to deliver their customers a fully customized experience, including the ability to buy music downloads and subscriptions, choose from the industry's largest catalog of licensed music, explore engaging editorial programming and enjoy an easy-to-use interface.  MusicNet's tailored solutions deliver unparalleled functionality that is quickly, deeply and seamlessly integrated into the websites and online services of its
